The studio operates strictly by pre-booking. The minimum rental time is 1 hour. All bookings start exactly at the beginning of the hour (e.g. 11:00). Full payment is required online at the time of booking or on-site in cash before the session begins.

Each booked hour includes 55 minutes of shooting time. The remaining 5 minutes are reserved for packing up and preparing the studio for the next client.

Changes made more than 48 hours before the booking receive a full refund. Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the booking are non-refundable.

The makeup station may be used free of charge before your session, provided it is not booked by another client. Advance reservation is required to guarantee availability. We provide complimentary water, tea, and coffee for all clients. A soundbar is available to play music of your choice during the session. Any movement of backdrop stands or use of blackout curtains must be approved by the administrator.

Dirty or staining materials (such as paint, oils, or oily creams) are not allowed. If paper or textile backdrops are rolled out on the floor and become dirty due to shoes or other use, an additional cleaning fee of €6 per rolled-out meter will be charged. Candles or glitter may be used only with prior approval.
