You have full control over the entire session using a compact handheld remote control, making it easy to capture each shot exactly when you're ready. This unique setup allows you to create professional, studio-quality photographs—without a photographer behind the camera.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Changes made more than 48 hours before the booking receive a full refund.Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the booking are non-refundable.

How long is the session and what’s included?

Sessions are available in either 1-hour or 2-hour options, depending on the duration you book. Each booking includes a 5-minute buffer before and after your session. This allows our staff to prepare the studio for your arrival and gives you enough time to pack up and leave comfortably before the next guests arrive.

Who can participate and what can I use during the shoot?

Each session can accommodate up to 6 people, and your pet is welcome too.
When booking your session, you can choose your preferred background color. If you've booked a 2-hour self-portrait session, we can change the background to any other available color after the first hour, giving you even more variety in your photos. You're also welcome to use any furniture and props available in the studio to create your perfect setup.

How and when do I receive my photos?

After the session, you choose how you want your images delivered — color, black & white, or original JPG files. RAW files are available upon request, please notify our stuff before your session if you need the professional format.You're allowed to take as many photos as you want. All photos you create will be sent to you as a Google Drive link via email within 1-2 calendar days.

Do I need experience or assistance during the session?

Accepted Answer

No experience is required. After the setup, the session is fully self-guided and private, with no photographer present during shooting.If you would like to switch between portrait and full-body framing, please ask the studio administrator — only the administrator is allowed to adjust the distance or position of the Self-Portrait Box.

Can I gift a Self-Portrait photoshoot?

Yes, of course. Just click “Book Now” on our website and go to the booking system. In the menu will be the Gift Cards section where you can purchase a gift certificate, which is valid for one year from the purchase date. The recipient can contact us at shree4lab@gmail.com or on Instagram @shreelabstudio to schedule the Self-Portrait photoshoot.

Can I add lighting specialist to my self-portrait session?

Absolutely. A lighting specialist can prepare custom lighting for your session, help recreate inspiration photos or references, and create a completely different mood or style for your images. During a one-hour session, there is usually enough time to try 1-2 different lighting setups. Meanwhile during a two-hours session you can play around with 3-4 different setups.Adding custom lighting can bring your self-portrait session even closer to the experience and results of a professional photoshoot — while still keeping the privacy, flexibility, and control that make self-portrait photography so special.You can add this service directly when booking your self-portrait session through our booking platform.

Question 9

Can I rent clothing for my Self-Portrait Session?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely! Once you're in the studio, you can try on and choose one or more outfits, depending on how much time you have during the session.The wardrobe rental gives you access to the entire wardrobe and is not charged per individual item.Simply add the wardrobe rental option when making your booking!
